Trying to setup RSS feeds from a SharePoint feed might result in the error message "The RSS webpart does not support authenticated feeds."
If you are ok with Kerberos security, do the following to fix:
1. Open SharePoint Central Admin
3. Click the Default provider, and change Integrated Widows authentication to Negotiate (Kerberos)
